HOW DO YOU GET PAID?
Each psychic must have a web page and information on that page of how they want to collect payment. PayPal is a good and free service. If you don't have it see the link below.

You are in charge of what you charge and services you provide. This page is merely a link to your web site and when a customer comes to you - they are yours. This site does not collect a fee for any part of any reading you get.
You will will need to post this banner on your web site with this link to the Psychic Directory.

These are also the banners that will be put on as many link exchanges as possible. Some are free and some are not. We will do all the free ones and as many as the pay ones as we can. We can also offer a free one question e-mail reading for customers that will put the banner on their site.

COST TO YOU:
THE MAGIC MIRROR will collect $10.00 the first of each month from each psychic listed on the site. Payment to be paid through PalPal or money order.

This money will be used for promotions and advertising for the site. This charge will not change. The more psychics we have - the more advertising we will be able to do. Every dime collected will be used for advertising. For now, the web hosting is free. I am paying for the domain regristration - no cost to you. After we get "rich and famous" we will swith to a larger server with a fee that will be paid from the proceeds of psychic listing fees.

The first of each month an e-mail will be sent to all members with an accounting of money spent and any news. The page will be updated maintained, and listed with search engines on a regular basis and with no adminstration fees.

IDEAS IN THE WORKING:
I am thinking of offering a "special reading" for $10. The client would not get to choose the psychic to do it. Then it would go in rotation and be sent to a psychic, then the next one, until everyone got a $10 reading. Hopefully, we would get enough customers so that everyone would get their $10 back and also pick up a new client each month. This is up for discussion.

I am open to any suggestins - you might have an idea that I haven't thought of. After all, this is a co-op and your voice will be heard.
